Since our establishment in 1947, MARUTSU DEMPA have always read the changes of the times and created new values. Through our constant challenges, we have expanded the fields of our business and added new values to maximize our corporate value, thereby aiming to improve ourselves. Our latest effort includes a new energy business, where we make full use of our know-how. We are also planning to expand into the overseas business with a long-term perspective. Through these business development, we would like to enhance our effort furthermore to support the local community. We value not only ourselves as a corporate entity but also the growth of each employee. We are aiming to become a company where employees can work with vigor and enthusiasm while improving themselves. In the future, we hope to nurture employees who have management capacity, with an aim to increase the presidents of the subsidiaries in our group. With trust and skills as our corporate motto, we continue to give more weight on improvement of quality than on increase of sales. We will move forward as a company trusted with our solid management.
